Sesame Shifu
In his journey of becoming a Peking cuisine Shifu1, Sesame is practicing pouring ChaTang2
The jug is a treasure to him. It is handed down from his ancestor, which is also the top-secret having been kept from generation to generation. The jug is alive! It is possessed by a dragon who is controlling one of the five elements  water.
To whom may not be familiar with Chinese culture:
1. Why Sesame is called "Shifu?" He doesn't look like a kung-fu master. Actually, "师傅" and "师父" are two titles in Chinese, both pronounced as Shifu. "师傅" which has more strokes is used as a respectful form for people engaged in skilled trades. Sesame is a cook, so we can call him Shifu. The other Shifu is written like "师父". It means master or teacher.
2. "ChaTang" ("茶汤" literally Tea Soup) has no tea in it! It is a snack, often sold on the street, served by ChaTang Shifu using a dragon mouth jug.
Sesame Shifu was on Kickstarter as an add-on. Please check the link below if you want to own your own Sesame.
